REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jackson Gathogo Ndembu (deceased), of P.O. Box 289-01000. Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Loc.4/Muruka/453 situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Murang’a in the succession cause No. 360 of 2016, has issued a grant and confirmation letters to David Ndebu Gathogo (ID/0352280), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no vatid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said David Ndebu Gathogo (1D/0352280), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jackson Gathogo Ndembu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
