REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dancan Kiiru alias Ducan Kiiru s/o Muchuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.2550 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mweiga Block IVikumari/210, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the magistrate’s court at Othaya in succession cause No. 1 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to Paul Mwangi Kiiru, as an administrator and the beneficiary is William Munene Kiiru, whereas the said land title deed issued earlier in respect of the said piece of land is lost or cannot be traced, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents R.L. 19 & R.L. 7 in favour of the said Paul Mwangi Kiiru as an administrator and the beneficiary is William Munene Kiiru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dancan Kiiru alias Ducan Kiiru s/o Muchuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
