REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Ngugi Kanyara (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Thika Municipality Block 11/642, situate in the district of Kiambu. and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Thika in succession cause No. 291 of 2001 directing the name Peter Ngugi Kanyara (deceased) be cancelled and replaced with that Joyce Wambui Ngugi, and whereas the said certificate of lease issued earlier to Peter Ngugi Kanyara (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the satd land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Neugi Kanyara (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
