WHEREAS Anthony Mwangi Muriithi (ID/9873268), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.404 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Kajiado/Kipeto/2696, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof. I intend to issue a new land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect, provided that no objection has been received within that period. Dated the 14th October, 2022.
