THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mugure Mahinda, of P.O. Box 1272-20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, as administrator of the estate of Godfrey Wanjohi Mahinda (deceased). 1s registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. 12109, situate in Nakuru District, registered as IR. 104219, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land Tegister have failed, and whereas the registered proprietor has indemnified against all actions and claims that may be made after reconstruction of the land register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
