WHEREAS Julia Lwoyero Kisia (ID/1882059), of -P. Box 40770-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of a teasehold interest in all that piece of land cemtaining 0.0156 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the District of Mairobi, registered under title No. Nairobi/Block 104/179, aad whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said cestificate of lease has been lost or misplaced, notice is given thet after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall isene a new certificate of lease provided that no objection has been reesimed within that period.
