WHEREAS (1) Ephas Ngarachu Kariuki, (2) Grace Gacambi Ngarachu, (3) Juliono Mugambi Mwitari, (4) Stella Kawira Kithure, (5) Gordon Ochieng Ochola, (6) Benson Abutto, (7) Lemeck Omondi Ondiek, (8) Pauline Wanjiru Ng’ang’a, (9) Michael Ogada Okumu, (10) Joyce Nduta Kimuhu, (11) Francis Owily, (12) Matayo Oluoch, (13) Julious Langat, (14) Alfred Juma Sikoyo, (15) Nick Omondi Owango, (16) James Ofuyo and (17) Benjamin Safari Kisulu, are registered as proprietor lessees of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 9042/576, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a grant registered as I.R. 67525/1, and whereas the Environment and Land Court of Milimani ELC No. 592 of 2012 (originating summons) vested the property on the applicants, and whereas the transfer in their favour has already been registered by the office, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
