TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E25 OF 2021 By Daniel Kiprono Koech, of P.O. Box 48-20210, Litein in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimale! arap Simotwo, who died on 28th May, 1992. CAUSE NO. 18 OF 2022 By (1) Russi Mosonik and (2) Reuben Cheruiyot Sigei, both of P.O. Box 828, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsang arap Maritim alias Kipsang A. Maritim, who died at Balek, on 14th June, 1982. CAUSE NO. 48 OF 2022 By (1) Philiph Kiprono Langat and (2) Jonathan Kibet Langat, both of P.O. Box 99, Kanusin, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiplangat arap Tele, who died at Solyot, on 18th January, 2000.
