CAUSE No. E117 OF 2022 By Wycliffe Muzai Olubokhwa, of P.O. Box 52-50103, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joash Achenya Kube, who died at Shamberere Sub-location, on 20th August, 2001.
