CAUSE NO. 134 OF 2022 By Simon Kungu Kahara, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kahara Kinyanju: Muthaa alias Kihara Muthaa, who died at Gacharage, on [1th May, 2005 CAUSE No. 135 OF 2022 By Paul Karia Githae. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githae Kuria, who died at A.LC., Githumu Hospital in Kenya, on 16th May, 2005. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
