TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 139 OF 2022 By (1) Winfred Mbinya Sila, (2) Angela Kamene Kioko, (3) George Mutua Musyoki and (4) Jane Musyoki, all of P.O. Box 115- 90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Musyoki Mulwa alias Musyoki Mulwa, late of Matungulu, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on [2th April, 2021. CAUSE NO. E128 OF 2022 By (1) Patrick Nzomo Simon, (2) Mbithi Simon Mbondo and (3) Mutua Ndambuki, all of P-O. Box 2064-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simon Ndambuki Mutua, late of Matetani, who died there on 31st July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
