TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E259 OF 2022 By Martin Mungai Ndung’u, of P.O. Box 25070-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Wambui Ndung’u, who died at Mutaara, on 30th May, 2016. CAUSE NO. E277 OF 2022 By (1) Dick Samuel Karanja Muigai, (2) Daniel Kimani Muigai, (3) Elijah Ng’ang’a Muigai and (4) Peter Kanyagia Muigai, all of P.O. Box 4115-01030, Gatundu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Wangari Muigai, who died at Nyamangara Sub-location, on Sth January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
