TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 7th October, 2022 CAUSE NO. E102 OF 2022 By (1) Joel Gachanju Machugi and (2) Alice Wangui Machugi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Machungi Mwangi, who died at Kariaini, on 28th December, 2008. CAUSE NO. E!06 OF 2022 By Teresia Wakaro Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arcadius Mwangi Kuria, who died at Mugutha, on 24th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
