TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this Gourt in: CAUSE NO, 270 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Wanyingi Mungai and (2) Perminus Njenga Mungai, both of P.O. Box 23071, Lower Kabete in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wallace Mungai Muritu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 14th May, 1999, CAUSE NO. 272 OF 2022 By Teresiah Wambui Mbugua, of P.O. Box 9316-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Mbugua N joroge, who died at Nyathuna Level 4 Hospital in Kenya, on 20th May, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the dale of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
