TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 95 OF 2022 By Beatrice Nyakiru Gichohi, of P.O. Box 1857, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Gichohi Warui, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 21st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. 436 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Njoroge Gichobi and (2) Esther Muthoni Kamau, both of P.O. Box 12356-10100, Nyeri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ricardar Nyaruai Kamau, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nyeri in Kenya, on 7th August. 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
