TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 430 OF 2021 By (1) Margaret Nyokabi Mwangi and (2) Samuel Ndiritu Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 2346-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gerichon Mwangi Githaiga, late of Kianjoya, who died there on 27th September, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
