TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 12 OF 2021 By (!) Jackson Kibiego Ngetich, (2) Sabina Chepkemei Chuma and (3) Rael Chepkorir, all of P.O. Box 3173-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. J.C. Chumba & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Sawe Chumo, who died at Kapkatet Sub-location, on 23rd September, 2017. CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2022 By Rael Chepchoge Lagat, of P.O. Box 30-30300, Kapsabet in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Noah Kiplagat arap Nyango, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 6th May, 2004. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
