E103 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Ouma and (2) Kenedy Ouma Awilly, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Orwa Omwao alias Joel Orwa Omwa, who died on 15th May, 1995. CAUSE NO. E104 OF 2022 By Wilkista Onacho Nyamuga, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joram Nyamuga Oboo alias Joram Nyamuga, who died on 7th September, 2003. CAUSE NO. E105 OF 2022 By Herine Hellen Odera, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Ezekiel Odera Kamayo, who died on 29th December, 2017. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2022 By Doris Ochieng, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochieng Olelo, who died on 4th June, 2011. CAUSE NO. E108 OF 2022 By (1) Rosrida Agaso Ndege and (2) Grace Anyango Ndege, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndege s/o Awuor alias Ndege Awuor, who died on 3rd July, 2009. CAUSE NO. E109 OF 2022 By Consolata Amolo Odhier, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshwa Odhier Mbewa alias Joshwa Odhiere s/o Mbewa, who died on 14th February, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
