Box 19, Kagio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Willy Mbathi Miriari, late of Mukure, who died there on 10th August, 1990. Box 10, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabui Migwi, who died at Muirua, on 21st May, 2020, CAUSE NO. E89 OF 2022 By (1) Eunice Micere Murimi and (2) Susan Wangari Mutahi, both of P.O. Box 12, Sagana in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muiu Mbaragu alias Mbuyu Mutahi, late of Ndia, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 29th January, 1974. Box 171, Kerugoya in Kenya, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Priscillah Michere Muraguri, late of Kiburu, who died on 7th September, 2021.
