E90 OF 2021 By (1) Esther Kirigiti Magoiga, (2) Gati Nyamohanga Kirigiti, (3) Mwita Magoiga and (4) Paul Mwita Meteti, all of P.O. Box 1, Kegonga, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kirigiti Sebekia, who died on 3rd July, 1978. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2022 By (1) Benedeta Boke Chacha, (2) Ambros Marwa Mvwita and (3) Stephen Maroa Getobai, all of P.O. Box 29, Isebania, the deceased’s administrators, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrew Mwita Mageria, who died at Isebania Location, on 23rd September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By Okhako Osunga Robert, of Suba, Kuria, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Robert Okhako Ombango, who died at Pastor Machage Hospital, on 21st January, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
