Box 74, Gesima in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agnes Mokeira Amisi, who died at Riooga Sub-location, on 13th March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2022 By John Peter Nyangeri Simba, of P.O. Box 42692, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Momanyi Moseti Simba, who died on 27th March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
