TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court ™ CAUSE No. E8 OF 2022 By (1) Sammy Kiplangat Rono and (2) Philip Fred Rono, both of P.O. Box 828, Sotik in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimulo arap Kirwa alias Kamulot Kirwa, who died at Kipajit, on 18th December, 2013. CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2022 By Kipkirui arap Maiywa, of P.O. Box 955, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rodah Chebet Soo, who died at Siroin, on 21st April, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
