TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E313 OF 2022 By William Omolo Nyamala, of P.O. Box 65-40111, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogutu Manyala alias Ogutu Nyamala, who died at West Kabodho, on 14th June, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
