Box 38-40635, Sigomere in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jacob Okumu Wasuku, late of Tingare East, who died there on 13th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. 200 OF 2022 By (1) Simeon Ogola, (2) Francis Ongwen Mbuya, (3) Gabriel Otieno Mbuya and (5) Agnes Agutu Oduor, all of P.O. Box 232, Funyula in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbuya Okayo, who died at Uyundo, on 6th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. 20! OF 2022 By Rose Juma Siguda, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Owino Otieno alias Owino Otieno, who died on 3rd October, 2007. CAUSE NO. 204 OF 2022 By Rose Achieng Okoth, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Okoth Oduor, who died on 18th January, 2020. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
