E13 OF 2020 By Francis Marete Mbogori, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tumbo M’Mbogori, late of Kathera, who died there on 27th February, 2017. CAUSE No. E101 OF 2022 By Johnson Mutegi M’Kuura, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kuura Charia, late of Kiagu, who died there on 10th December, 1988. CAUSE NO. 102 OF 2022 By (1) Silas Kaaria Magambo and (2) Lydia Gakii Mugambi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabella Munyange M’Magambo, late of Kirogine, who died there on 3rd March, 2014. CAUSE NO. 121 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Gatwirt Kimathi and (2) Eric Murithi Kimathi, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Kimathi M’Iringo, late of Taita, who died there on 11th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
