TAKE NOTICE that an application having beemmade in this court in: CAUSE NO. 202 OF 2022 By (1) Kanze Kalama Jefa and (2) Damaris ‘Tabu Kalama, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for acgrant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kabwere Ngumbao Mwatete, who died on 14th January, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect enteredswithin thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in theKenya Gazette.
