TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 207 OF 2022 By Joseph Oluoch Odhiambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Odhiambo Adika, who died on 30th November, 2018. CAUSE NO. 295 OF 2022 By Bill John Olwa, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Walter Oyoo, who died on 12th March, 1997. CAUSE NO. 302 OF 2022 By (1) James Ooro Tindi, (2) Nicholas Ooro, Tindi (3) Margret Akeyo Ooro and (4) Justina Akeyo Ooro, the deceased’s sons and widows, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ooro Tindi, who died on 4th Juner, 19968. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
