TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: 9th September, 2022 CAUSE NO. 54 OF 2022 By (1) Ruth Wairimu Gathui and (2) John Karonjo Gathui, both of P.O. Box 78, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njoki Gathui, who died at Kigumo, Karatina, Githunguri, on 26th July, 2018. CAUSE NO. 58 OF 2022 By (1) James Waiganjo Kihara and (2) Raphael Kibuika Kihara, both of P.O. Box 166-00216, Githunguri in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kihara Kibuika, who died at Matuguta, on 26th September, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
