Box 4542—40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Kerubo Torori, who died on 31st December, 1999. CAUSE NO. E157 OF 2022 By George Morara Arandi, of P.O. Box 858—40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Arandi Bosire alias Joseph Bosire, who died at Bogiakumu Sub-location, on 24th August, 1974. CAUSE NO. 233 OF 2022 By Maria Kerubo Nyandika, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyandika Motari, who died at Bomwanda Sub-location, on 9th June, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
