Box 288, Kehancha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chacha Mugini Chacha alias Chacha Magina, who died on 14th April, 2009. CAUSE NO. E225 OF 2022 By Everlyne Giani Omido, of P.O. Box 141, Migori in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Sammy Nkiria alias Michael Samwel Nkiria, who died on 9th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2022 By Mwita Masima Gichunguri, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Masima alias Paul Masima Gichunguri, who died on 20th August, 1980. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
