TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2022 By Sammy Mwenda Mberia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucas M’Rimberia M’ lturu, who died at District Hospital, Meru I Kenya, on 10th October, 1998. CAUSE NO. E112 oF 2022 By Isaiah Kirimi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwokayoi M’Ithai alias Mwokayai M’Ithai, who died at Kaene, on 5th March, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
