E30 OF 2022 By Benneca Tajeu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tajeu ole Nagili, who died at Ilkeek Lemededungi, on 22nd October, 2021. CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2022 By Brian Julius Odallo, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lucy Ndede, who died at Itkeek Lemededungi, on 28th October, 2012. CAUSE NO. E54 OF 2022 By (1) Ann Nasirae Parkinyaro and (2) Brian Saitaga Parkinyaro, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Parkinyaro ole Kerema alias Charles Parkinyaro Kerema, who died at Kajado hospital in Kenya, on 3rd June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
