Box 1, Kwa Vonza in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nduli Kataka, who died at Mikuyuni Sub-location, on Ist August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2022 By Mutinda Mututa Masila, of P.O. Box 99-90130, Mwingi in Kenya, the deceased’s father, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dorcas Tabitha Mutinda, who died at Machakos, on 27th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E273 OF 2022 By (1) Helen Ndoti Kithome and (2) Bosco Munyao James Kithome, both of P.O. Box 827-90200, Kitui in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kithome Musyoka, who died at Muthini Sub-location, on 15th November, 2020.
