CAUSE No. EJ 17 OF 2022 By Martina Ndunge Mwania, of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Mwania Mwongi alias Mwania Mwongi alias William Mwania, who died at Nairobi, on 27th July, 1983. CAUSE No. E119 OF 2022 By Monica Nyange Wanjiro, of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzivo Muthoka, who died at Kyevaluki, on 6th April, 1983. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2022 By (1) Esther Ndinda Muendo and (2) Gilbert Mule Kituta, both of P.O. Box 1038-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simeon Muendo Kituta, who died at Mwiki, on 9th May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
