TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E308 OF 2022 By Jane Wamaitha Mwangi, of P.O. Box 4458-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Duncan Thungu Kirubi, late of Kiambu, who died there on 9th February, 2018. CAUSE NO. E328 OF 2022 By (1) Njoki Wathiru, (2) Jacinta Wanjiku Wathiru and (3) Jane Wambui Wathiru, all of P.O. Box 135-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya in Kenya, the deceaed’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Mungai Thairu, late of Kimana Sub- location, who died there on 23rd April, 2021. CAUSE No. E330 OF 2022 By (1) Jane Wairimu Mbugua and (2) Samuel Kimotho Mbugua, the deceaed’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Mbugua Kimotho alias P. Mbugua Kimotho, late of Kiambu, who died at Thuthuriki, Githunguri, on 18th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E423 OF 2022 By (1) Simon Ndungu Kamau and (2) Jane Wairimu Kamau, both of P.O. Box 250, Karuri in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Nganga, late of Banana, who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 12th November, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
