TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 217 OF 2022 By (1) Pauline Nakhumicha Barasa, (2) Anne Priscillah Barasa and (3) Buluma Stephen Barasa, the deceased’s widow and children, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Barasa Buluma, who died at Chelekei, on 6th October, 2014. CAUSE NO. 222 OF 2022 By (1) Saac Namunyu Fwamba, (2) Moses Khaemba Fwamba and (3) Mathew Simiyu Fwamba, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Fuamba Mafubo, who died at Namirembe, on 15th October, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
