TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E19 OF 2022 By James Ng’ang’a Njenga, of P.O. Box 3-60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Elijah Ndung’u Ndathua, who died at Kithimu Sub-location, on 12th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
