E93 oF 2022 By Silvester Oyugi Opiyo, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholao Opiyo Athiambo alias Nichalao Opivoe who died en 27th April, 1992. CAUSE NO, E94 OF 2022 By Elly Onyango Achieng, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Nyagowa Achieng alias Charles Jagowa s/a Achteng alias Charles Jagowa Fans, who died on 23rd January. 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
