TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E149 OF 2022 By John Otieno Ouma, of P.O. Box 998-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mark Owuor Ouma alias Owuor Auma, who died at Okana Sub-location, on 23rd February, 2018. CAUSE No. E238 OF 2022 By Judith Atieno Manta, of P.O. Box 23-04101, Ahwero in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barack Omollo Iro, who died on 14th May, 2006. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
