TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E145 OF 2022 By Okelo Andedo, of P.O. Box 45, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cleophas Achiengo Otieno alias Achiengo Owich, who died at Karadolo East Sub-location, on 13th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E1! 46 OF 2022 By (1) Maria Anyango Owino and (2) Mary Aoko Owino, both of P.O. Box 261, Butula in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Owino Odaro, who died at Kathieno “A”, on 19th July, 1998. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
