TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 72 OF 2022 By Jane Mueni Kyalo, of P.O. Box 26-90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kyalo Katumbu, late of Masinga, who died at Machakos Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 10th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. 77 OF 2022 By (1) Elizabeth Nthoki Mulwa and (2) Caroline Wanja Wamweu, both of P.O. Box 44, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Veroica Wamweu Mulwa, who died on 21st February, 2021. 12th August, 2022 The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
