TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By (1) Lilian Muthoni Irungu and (2) Simon Kinyua Theuri, both of P.O. Box 29, Naromoru in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Theuri Wahome, who died at Githima, on 8th March, 2010. CAUSE No. E48 OF 2022 By Elizabeth Nyeva Mwenda, of P.O. Box 72770-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonah David Mwenda, late of Rongai, who died at Langat, on 19th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
