TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E91 OF 2022 By Peter Mutooni Muange, of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the executor of the decesed’s written will, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Peter Wambua Mutunga alias Peter Mutunga alias Wambua Mutunga, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 9th March, 2022. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
