TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court In: CAUSE No. 17 OF 2019 By (1) Margaret Hakuwa Buya, (2) Villimine Hasafara Kirage and (3) Joel Kirage Kokani, the deceased's widow, sister and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndika Elisha Kirage, who died on 30th August, 1988. CAUSE NO. 205 OF 2021 By Selina Ajuang Okumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration tntestate to the estate of Joseph Said Okumu, who died at Malindi, on 17th October, 2013. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 22nd September, 2021.
