TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E170 OF 2022 By Taptuey Kobilo Kimwok, of P.O. Box 3584-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, through Messrs. Kibet Cheruiyot & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimwok Kukat, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya, on 31st October, 2013. CAUSE NO, E214 OF 2022 By John Kinyamal Sayalel, of P.O. Box 283, Burnt Forest in Kenya, through Messrs. Koech Lelei & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Taputany Kibirir, late of Kericho, who died at Bartera, on 6th July, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
