TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2022 By Irene Chepngetich Rotich, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kenneth Ukiru Ndeda, who died at Mater Hospital in Kenya, on 27th July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E28 OF 2022 By (1) Lawrence Lootu Katampoi, (2) Joseph Kosen Katampoi and (3) Emnest Tonkei Katampoi Katoiyie, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Marion Nataana Katampoi, who died at Meridian Hospital in Kenya, on 21st June, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
