Box 901-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Virginia Wambui Kiarie, late of Kiaibabu, Githunguri, who died there on !2th June, 2014. CAUSE No. E408 OF 2022 By Lucy Wanjiku Maina, of P.O. Box 120, Limuru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Phares Gichure Maina alias Pharis Gichure Maina, late of Nderu, who died at M. P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd July, 2019. CAUSE No. E415 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Kamicha Mbugua and (2) Joseph Njoroge Mbugua, both of P.O. Box 191-00221, Matathia in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Josphat Mbugua Wakiumu alias Josphat Wakiumu, late of Lari, who died at Kinale, on 21st April, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
