TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 “B” OF 2021 By Ester Adongo Okonjo. of P.O. Box 32, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased's sister-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Moses Adhere Osiro alias Musa Adhere, who died at Upper Kadianga. on 24th December, 2000 CAUSE NO. E354 OF 2022 By Alfred Ogire Osir, of P.O. Box 2104-40100. Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Osir Ondu, who died at Korando “A”, on 16th October, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
