TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court im: CAUSE NO. 36 OF 2022 By (1) Pauliner Chepkirui Soi and (2) Paulina Chepkorir Soi, both of P.O. Box 26-20406, Sotik in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Chepkwony Soi alias Zakayo Chepkwony A. Soi, who died at District Hospital, Kapkatet in Kenya, on 1st January, 2015. CAUSE No. E37 OF 2022 By (1) Alice Chepngeno Cheboibeny and (2) Joice Chepkoech, both of P.O. Box 11, Silibwet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Chepkwony arap Cheboibeny, who died at Lelkatet, on 23rd March, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Guzette.
