TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By (1) Sabina Wairimu Muthee and (2) Esther Wanja Muthee, both of P.O. Box 463—10400, Nanyuki in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Isaac Muthee Mathenge, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 1th March, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
